The receptor FKSG80/GPR81 is a member of the Chemokine Receptor subfamily. FKSG80/GPR81 has been reported primarily in adipose and pituitary. ESTs for FKSG80/GPR81 have been isolated from Human bladder cancer and colon cancer libraries. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human Ppituitary, anterior Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
