Applications: Suitable for use in Antibody Blocking. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Antibody Blocking: 2-5ug/ml. Incubate with antibody for 3 hours at 4 degrees C prior to being used on tissue sections. Suitable for use with C5057-05, C5057-06 or C5057-11. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
