Chromogranin-B (CCB) is a neuroendocrine precursor protein from which biologically active peptides are derived. The active peptides derived from CCB are involved in chemota, Xenopus/Amphibian,is of monocytes, eosinophils, and endothelial cells and in regulation of endothelial cell proliferation.
