Cited4 is a member of The CITED family proteins that bind to CBP/p300 transcriptional integrators through their conserved C-terminal acidic domain and function as coactivators. It also interacts with isoforms of the TFAP2 transcription factor, coactivating TFAP2-dependent transcription.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20 degrees C.
