Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:100 Immunofluorescence: 1:40 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:250 RIA: 1:250 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies (IF): I1904-40D: IgG, H&L (FITC) Pab Gt x Rb I1904-40M: IgG, Fc, X-Adsorbed (FITC) Pab Gt x Rb I1904-41: IgG, X-Adsorbed (FITC) Pab Gt x Rb I1904-41B: IgG, F(ab')2 (FITC) Pab Gt x Rb I1904-41G: IgG, F(ab')2, X-Adsorbed (FITC) Pab Gt x Rb I1904-46N: IgG, H&L (FITC) Pab Gt x Rb Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
