Applications:\nSuitable for use in Western Blotting. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended dilution:\nECL Western Blotting: 1:200\n\nOptimum dilutions to be determined by researcher.\n\nNotes:\n1. Incubate with primary antibody for 2 hours and secondary antibody for 1 hour.\n2. Exposure time is 2 minutes.\n3. At lower dilutions using alkaline phosphatase as secondary antibody, may cross-react with BSA.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
