CRA is a 640aa receptor membrane tyrosine phosphatase belonging to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family and non-receptor class myotubularin subfamily. It has a gram domain, a myotubularin-related domain and a tyrosine-protein phosphatase domain. It may be a tyrosine-phosphatase with D3-phosphorylated inositol phospholipids as principal physiological substrate. They play an integral role in a diverse array of cellular signaling processes and also an important role in the etiology of cancer and other human diseases. It is widely expressed in most of the tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
