CRCP, is an ubiquitous coupling protein for the calcitonin gene-related peptide and adrenomedullin receptors. It modulates ligand responsiveness in a variety of tissues. It has been DNA-directed RNA polymerase activity, catalytic activity and calcitonin receptor activity.
