CRKL is a 39kD adaptor protein with one SH2 and two SH3 binding domains. CRKL is the major protein which is tyrosine phosphorylated in response to BCR/ABL (chronic myelogenous leukemia) and growth factor activation. In myeloid cells, it binds to proteins such as paxillin, p130cas and p120 cbl. CRKL aslo appears to bind ABL and SOS.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:2000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control:
K562 cell lysate
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
