Csk (C-Terminal Src kinase)

Csk specifically phosphorylates a C-terminal tyrosine on SFKs such as src, fyn and lck, resulting in the down-regulation of kinase activity. Thus, Csk is reported to play an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
