Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:128,000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml ~150kD band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) lysates (calculated MW of 389kD according to NP_150094.4). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Kraus et al, J Immunol. 2006 Apr 1;176(7):4419-30. PMID: 16547280). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
