COP9 signalosome is a conserved protein composed of eight subunits. Individual subunits of the complex have been linked to various signal transduction pathways leading to gene expression and cell cycle control.\nCSN2 is a transcriptional corepressor that encodes the second subunit of COP9 signalosome. CSN2 interacts with and regulates a subset of nuclear hormone receptors and is considered a novel repressor. It also plays a critical role in neuronal differentiation.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
