CTAG1B, a member of the CT (cancer/testis) family, is a tumor-specific shared antigen with distinctive immunogenicity. The molecular basis of T cell-mediated antitumor immunity has been elucidated by the identification of a number of tumor antigens recognized by CD8+ T cells. Among these antigens, CTAG1B is of particular interest because both the cytotoxic T lymphocyte and antibody have been shown to react with this antigen. The CTAG1B has been detected in normal testis and in a range of human tumor types.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:16,000\nWestern Blot: 0.3ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
