Human CX3CR1 has been shown to mediate both the adhesive and migratory functions of fractalkine. Fractalkine and CX 3 CR1 represent new types of leukocyte trafficking regulators. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.5-4 ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Control Peptide: C8299-04A: CX3CR1 Blocking Peptide Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
