Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Antigen Recognized Human, mouse, monkey in Species (tested so far). Reacts specifically with cyclin D3. Useful for analysis of proliferation, detection of cyclin D3 on tissue sections (suspected oncogene) and in cell cycle studies. Does not crossreact with cyclin D1 and cyclin D2. Complementary reaction to the anti-cyclin D1/D2 antibodies.
