Cytochrome P450 2C23 (CYP2C23) is one member of the CP450 subfamily. CYP2C23 have been studied with respect to the metabolism of clinically important drugs and endogenous chemicals, such as arachidonic acid (AA). CP450 enzymes are expressed throughout the body.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 0.05-0.2ug/ml
Western Blot: 0.5-1.0ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
