Additional Information

Cytokeratin 19 is expressed by many simple and non-keratinizing normal and neoplastic epithelia, including glandular and ductal epithelia. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 5ug/ml Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment for 20 minutes prior to staining of paraffin sections. 0.01M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
