DLL3 (Delta-like protein 3; Delta3) inhibits primary neurogenesis. Plays a role in the formation of somite boundaries during segmentation of the paraxial mesoderm. Can bind and activate Notch-1 or another Notch receptor. Defects in DLL3 are the cause of spondylocostal dysostosis type 1 (SCDO1).
Sequence:
Signal peptide and extracellular domain of mouse DLL3 (aa 1-490) are fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1.
Storage and Stability:
Short-term Storage: +4 degrees C
Long-term Storage: -20 degrees C
Working aliquots are stable for up to 3 months when stored at -20 degrees C.
