DPP10 (Dipeptidyl peptidase 10, DPPY, DPRP3, DPL2) (Biotin)

DPP10 (dipeptidyl peptidase 10; also DPPY, DPRP3 and DPL2) is a 91-97kD member of the peptidase S9B family. It is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein principally expressed in neurons and T cells. Although it is a peptidase member, it has no catalytic activity. Instead, it assists in the \nmembrane trafficking and functioning of Kv4 K + channels. Human DPP10 is 796 amino acids (aa) in length. It contains a 34 aa cytoplasmic N-terminus and a 741 aa extracellular domain (ECD) (aa 56-796). Three potential isoforms exist, all involving aa substitutions limited to the first 20 amino acids.\n\nProduced in sheep immunized with purified, Sf 21-derived, recombinant \nhuman DPP10 isoform 1 extracellular domain (rhDPP10; aa 56-796; Accession # NP_065919, with a Pro340Ala substitution). Human DPP10 specific IgG was purified by human DPP10 affinity chromatography and then biotinylated. \n \nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Western blot. Other applications have not been tested. \n \nRecommended Dilutions: \nWestern blot: 0. -0.2ug/ml with the The detection limit is ~2ng/lane under non-reducing and \nreducing conditions. \nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. \n\nStorage and Stability:\n\nLyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
