CRMP2 also regulates axon formation and branching by binding tubulin heterodimers thereby enhancing microtubule polymerisation. Through its interaction with ROKalpha, CRMP2 is also thought to play a role in RhoA-dependent signalling. CRMP2 is associated with mesial temporal lobe epilepsy and schizophrenia. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:500-1:1000 Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
