DTX2 (RING Finger Protein 58, Protein Deltex-2, Deltex2, hDTX2, KIAA1528, RNF58)

DTX2 is a regulator of Notch signaling, a signaling pathway involved in cell-cell communications that regulates a broad spectrum of cell-fate determinations. It probably acts both as a positive and negative regulator of Notch, depending on the developmental and cell context. It mediates the antineural activity of Notch, possibly by inhibiting the transcriptional activation mediated by MATCH1. It functions as an ubiquitin ligase protein in vitro, suggesting that it may regulate the Notch pathway via some ubiquitin ligase activity.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:32,000\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
