This DyLight(TM) 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG2a antibody reacts with immunoglobulin G2a (IgG2a) in all tested mouse haplotype (Igh-a and b). This antibody has been solid-phase absorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with rat, human, bovine, horse, and rabbit immunoglobulins. The excitation of DyLight(TM) 488 by 493 nm laser light induces a fluorescence emission maximum of 518 nm.
