Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: Cys-Ala-Thr-Gln-Ala-Leu-Glu-Lys-Tyr-Asn-Ile-Glu-Lys-Asp-Ile-Ala-Ala-His-Ile-Lys-Lys-Glu-Phe-Asp-Lys-Lys-Tyr-Asn-Pro-Thr-Trp-His-Cys-Ile-Val-NH2 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
