EasyLadder II is designed for short runs (1 to 3cm) in standard or high-throughput agarose gels. Contains only 5 bands (500 - 5000bp) for easy identification of sample DNA bands during such short runs, and is supplied with red dye to indicate migration distance. EasyLadders are ready-to-go. Each band represents an exact amount of DNA to enable the user to determine the relative concentration of the sample DNA, as well as its molecular weight. Features: 5 regularly-spaced bands. Each band contains 50ng of DNA when 5ul per lane are loaded (total 250ng DNA).
