EBF1 belongs to the COE family. It contains 1 IPT/TIG domain. EBF1 is a transcriptional activator which recognizes variations of the palindromic sequence 5'-ATTCCCNNGGGAATT-3'. Forms either a homodimer or a heterodimer with a related family member. Interacts with ZNF423 and ZNF521, leading to prevent EBF1 to bind DNA and activate target genes. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human Adipose lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
