Blocking Peptide for E2261-01A EMP3 (Epithelial Membrane Protein 3). Source: Synthetic peptide surrounding aa147 of rat EMP-3. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1ug peptide/1ug antibody for 30-60 minutes at 37 degrees C. Antibody Blocking: 1ug peptide/1ug antibody for 30-60 minutes at 37 degrees C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
