Additional Information

EN1 and EN2 encode homeodomain containing proteins and have been implicated in the control of pattern formation during development of the central nervous system. EN2 may play a role in susceptibility to autism spectrum disorders. Applications: Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA: 1:2000 Western Blot: 0.5-1.5ug/ml. BaNone Detected at ~30kD with mouse brain lysates. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Mouse Brain lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
