Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:200 Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin): 1:200 (ABC, DAB) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Rat kidney and mouse lung tissue AA Sequence: Cys-Ser-Cys-Ser-Ser-Leu-Met-Asp-Lys-Glu-Cys-Val-Tyr-Phe-Cys-His-Leu-Asp-Ile-Ile-Trp Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
