Eotaxin 3 (Biotin)

Applications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA (Direct): 0.25-1.0ug/ml (100ul/well antibody solution). Detects 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hEotaxin-3. \nELISA (Sandwich): 0.25-1.0ug/ml (100ul/well antibody solution). Used in conjunction with E3352-01, as a capture antibody, the detection limit is 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hEotaxin-3. \nWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detects 1.5-3.0ng/lane, recombinant hEotaxin-3 under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. \nOptimal dilution determined by the researcher.\n\nRecommended Capture Antibody:\nE3352-01: Eotaxin 3 Pab Gt x Hu\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol containing 0.1% BSA and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.\n\nCountry of Origin: USA
