EphB3 (Eph Receptor B3, Cek10, Hek2, Mdk5, Sek4, Tyro6) (PE)

EphB3, also known as Cek10, Tyro6, Sek4, Hek2, and Mdk5, is a 130kD member of the transmembrane Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family. The A and B classes of Eph proteins are distinguished by Ephrin ligand binding preference but have a common structural organization. Eph-Ephrin interactions are widely involved in the regulation of cell migration, tissue morphogenesis, and cancer progression. Within the ECD, human EphB3 shares 96% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat EphB3. EphB3 is widely expressed during development, and in the adult, it shows a complementary tissue distribution to the Ephrin B ligands.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: 10ul, 1x10e6 cells\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nHybridoma:\nMouse myeloma cells with B cells from Balb/c mice.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months at 4 degrees C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
