Epstein Barr Virus, LMP (EBV)

Epitope: Located in the internal part of the membrane-associated viral LMP.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nImmunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:25 to 1:50 for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues REQUIRES boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.\nOptimal dilution to be determined by the researcher.\n\nPositive Control: EBV-positive lymphoblastoma\n\nCellular Localization: Cytoplasmic\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50), aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
