Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/ml. Antigen retrieval with heating in citrate buffer, pH 6, is recommended. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Additional info: Recognizes human ERG. Expected to recognize both reported human ERG isoforms (NP_891548.1; NP_004440.1). Preliminary experiments in lysates of HEK293, A431 and Jurkat cell lines gave no specific signal, but low background was observed. Paraffin embedded prostate displays nucleolar staining in some epithelial cells. Species Crossreactivity: Mouse and rat.
