Phosphorylation site-specific antibody selective for the dually phosphorylated form of the\nextracellular signal-related protein kinase/mitogen-activated protein kinase (ERK1 & 2/MAPK)\nenzymes containing a phosphate on threonine 202 and tyrosine 204 (human ERK1), and threonine 185 and tyrosine 187 (human ERK2). \n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: 10ul/test \nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nPositive Control: \nFlow Cytometry: Using Jurkat cells stimulated with 50ng/ml PMA and 250ng/ml calcium ionophore A23187 for ten minutes.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
