ERLIN1 belongs to the band 7/mec-2 family. ERLIN1 and ERLIN2 are novel members of the prohibitin family of proteins that define lipid-raft-like domains of the endoplasmic reticulum.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:8000\nWestern Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml detects ~ 38kDa band observed in Human Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 39.2kDa according to NP_006450.2).\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
