Recognizes Estrogen Receptor at 67kDa. The epitope maps between residues 302-553 of the E domain of human ER. This antibody blocks binding of estrogen to ER. Species Reactivity: Human, bovine, porcine, canine, Mouse, Rat, Hamster and Chicken.
