EZH2 (EZH2, KMT6, Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase EZH2, ENX-1, Enhancer of zeste homolog 2, Lysine N-methyltransferase 6) (APC)

This gene encodes a member of the Polycomb-group (PcG) family. PcG family members form multimeric protein complexes, which are involved in maintaining the transcriptional repressive state of genes over successive cell generations. This protein associates with the embryonic ectoderm development protein, the VAV1 oncoprotein, and the X-linked nuclear protein. This protein may play a role in the hematopoietic and central nervous systems. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, ELISA.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:1,000\nWestern Blot: 1:100-500\nImmunohistochemistry: 1:50~100\nImmunofluorescence: 1:10~50\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C with glycerol. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Do not freeze APC conjugates. Light sensitive.
