Ezrin (Radixin, Moesin, Cytovillin, p81, Membrane-organizing extension spike protein)

Ezrin serves as a tyrosine kinase substrate and is phosphorylated in EGF-stimulated cells. \nIt is a cytoplasmic protein enriched in microvilli and other cell surfaces. Ezrin has an actin-binding capacity and is expressed in epithelial cells but not in mesenchymal cells. It is also expressed by certain epithelial tumors, such as renal cell adenocarcinomas. \n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections and Frozen sections) and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nImmunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 for 30mins at RT (ABC method). For formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections, perform heat mediated antigen retrieval using 10mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with Immunohistochemistry staining.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nPositive Control:
