Matched-Pair Antibody Set suitable for use in sandwich ELISA for the detection of human Factor V antigen. Materials Supplied: Antibodies for 5x96 well plates Kit Components: F0011-19A: Capture Antibody: Affinity-purified, polyclonal anti-human Factor V antibody. Used to coat ELISA plates. Supplied as a liquid in 50% glycerol. 1x500ul (yellow cap vial) F0011-19B: Detection Antibody (HRP): Polyclonal anti-human Factor V antibody labeled with HRP. Supplied as a liquid in 50% glycerol. 1x500ul (red cap vial) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
