Human CD95 (APO-1/FAS) is a type I cell surface glycoprotein that is strongly upregulated on activated T cells, B cells, NK cells and thymocytes. CD95 plays an important role in programmed cell death or apoptosis. Apoptosis appears to be a mechanism for regulating the immune response. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
