FCRL4/FcRH4, also known as IRTA1(immunoglobulin superfamily receptor translocation associated1), is a member of the Ig superfamily. It shares sequence homology with the classical Fc receptors. FCRL4 is preferentially expressed in B cells and contains three potential ITIM motifs in its cytoplasmic domain. The gene for FCRL4 is localized to the human chromosome 1q 21-23 region, a hotspot for translocation events. Applications: Suitable for use Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 25ug/ml Direct ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Myeloma cells with B cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with steril PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
