Fc receptor-like 5 (FCRL5), also known as FcRH5 and IRTA2, is a member of the Ig superfamily. It shares sequence homology with the classical Fc receptors for Ig and possesses cytoplasmic ITIM and ITAM-like motifs. Secreted variants and a GPI-anchored form of FCRL5 also exist. FCRL5 is expressed in nai?ve and memory B cells and in plasma cells. The gene for FCRL5 is localized to the human chromosome Iq21-23 region, a hotspot for translocation events.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 25ug/ml
ELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
