Fibronectin, Human (FN)

Fibronectin is a high molecular weight extracellular matrix glycoprotein that is involved in many cellular processes, including tissue repair, embryogenesis, blood clotting, and cell migration/adhesion. It is used in vitro as a substrate to enhance adherence and proliferation of many cell types. Fibronectin is produced by human fibroblasts and then purified biochemically and provided sterile.\n\nSource:\nFibronectin, from human fibroblasts.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
