Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Additional Info

Recognizes the DYKDDDDK epitope tag fused to the N-terminus of targeted proteins. Does not react with fusion proteins containing the DYKDDDDK epitope tag at the C-terminus. In Western Blot against bacterial extracts, it does not crossreact with endogenous proteins.
