Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) is a small ?uoresent molecule that is commonly conjugated to antibodies for immuno?uorescent cell labeling. In conjunction with anti-FITC antibodies, it can also be used as an epitope tag for detection and signal ampli?cation.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nELISA: 0.5ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.\n\nHybridoma: \nSpleen cells from immunized LOU/c rats were fused with cells of the IR983F rat myeloma cell line.\n\nRecommended Secondary Antibodies:\nS7973-96B: Streptavidin (FITC)\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
