FRAT 3 (Principal Names -Peg12, Frat3, paternally expressed 12, frequently rearranged in advanced T-cell lymphomas 3 Official Gene Symbol-Peg12GenBank Accession Number NP_038816 LocusLink ID-27412 (mouse)) is directed against targets that have limited or no commercial antibodies available to them and for which there are no data on the expression of the protein in the range of common cell lines and tissues. FRAT3/Peg12 is expressed primarily is embryonic stages and is an inhibitor of GSK-3 activity in the Wnt signaling pathway. FRAT3 has also been linked to Prader-Willi syndrome in mice.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:2000\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only.
