FZD5 is a Frizzled Receptor that mediates Wnt signaling. FZD5 is associated with limb bud and bone marrow stem cell development. FZD5 contributes to the activated state of fibroblast-like synoviocytes from patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Recently, FZD5 has been implicated in melanoma metastasis through the Wnt5a and PKC pathway.

Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 7ug/ml

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
