GPR1 is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. GPR1 was identified in a search for genes responsible for mediating brain reward and may have a role in drug addiction. It has also been shown to act as an HIV coreceptor in kidney mesangial cells (Tokizawa et al., 2000).

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 20-40ug/ml

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
