GPR100 is a Bradykinin receptor. This gene is highly homologous to SALPR. Liu et al. 2003 called the gene GPCR142, although it is not the same gene as the putative orphan receptor GPR142. GPR100 has been shown to express widely in the Human body. ESTs have been isolated from bone marrow, brain, and prostate cancer libraries. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human brain, neuron Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
