GPR116/KIAA0758 is an Orphan-B GPCR with an unknown ligand. GPR116 has two immunoglobulin-like repeats and a SEA box. RT-PCR analysis from the KIAA database suggests that KIAA0758 is expressed in heart, kidney, lung and ovary. ESTs have been isolated from brain, breast, eye, heart, kidney, liver, liver/spleen, lung, nasopharyngeal, spleen, and testis libraries.

Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 2-4ug/ml

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
