GPR19 is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. GPR19 has been reported in human in regions overlapping with the dopamine D2 receptor expression in the brain and peripheral nervous system. ESTs have been isolated from human brain, nerve, and germ-cell tumor libraries.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 13-17ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
